We all know that there are items we can’t throw into the blue recycling bins at our homes, but they can be recycled. How lucky we are in Charlotte that our library collects these items and makes sure they get to the right place to re-use (like the can toppers) or re-purposed (like the stretchy plastic or bottle corks) or properly recycled like the other items.
